S.C.K-9 R. cannot hold dogs indefinetly. A deposit will be required or the dog will be made available for next adopter. If dog is not picked up by adopter within five (5) days of deposit, adopter forfeits deposit and all claims to dog. |

The first step in adopting one of our rescues is to complete the application below. After you have submitted your application, we will contact you to see what kind of dog you are interested in. |
All dogs going through Second Chance K-9 Rescue are spay / neutered, heartworm checked and receive all their vaccinations . An adoption fee of $125.00 is required for any dog adopted from Second Chance K-9 Rescue. |
Our rescue dogs are placed in homes according to the needs of the dog and the needs of the family. Sometimes there is a waiting period in order for us to find that perfect dog for you. |
As part of our background check we will be calling your veterinarian. Do we have your permission to call your veterinarian and ask if have you been in for regular visits, gotten vaccinations, etc. |
