This dog is a spayed female and only 2 years old. Her name is Dubey (pronounced Doobie). A home where she could be the only dog or a home with only male dogs is needed for her.

Dubey's owner writes, "I have a Pit Bull/Chow mix that I have to find a home for. I have had her since she was born.......She just turned two January 24th and she has problems with her mother and my other female dog. She gets along fine with my male Rottweiler, but just not the females. She is the sweetest dog I have ever had and I don't want to give her to the shelter because they will put her down because of the Pit Bull thing. She is great with people and is the sweetest dog, but she wants to be the alpha female and she's forcing me to give her away."

Dubey's owner also says, "I guess you could post her as Pit because her mom is only half Chow and we're not sure what the other half is, but her father (Dubey's father, the Pit) is a full blooded Pit."

For Dubey's safety and the safety of the other female dogs at her home, a new home is now needed. Dubey is loved and her owner says, " This is really hard on me and I just want to make sure she's going to be okay."
